Website/Institute is taking student registration details(like name, phone, email, gender, city, date of birth, career-details) through different forms like registration form, contact-form, feedback-form, quick- contact and career-form(to send resume for job) etc. The information is confidential and not being disclosed to anyone.
The collected details are used to verify the valid student and communication them regarding training schedule, batch-timing, payment acknowledgement, payment due reminder and related business communication.
Also the student-payment details may be used in GSTIN system (TAX System).
We sometime send email regarding confirmation of services or reply to service request ornotification of services. We also send festival greetings, birthday greetings. Very rarely we send promotional emails/sms(with opt-out options).
Our information system capture/store pictures and keep in secure repository. Its generally captured from our mobile apps. The single purpose of such photo is to recognize the person and ease business management system like ERP and BPA.
